Feudalism Fair?
We have spent the last 4 weeks talking about Feudalism: The government of the Middle Ages. We have compared Feudalism to a chess board and you have even taken the role of Medieval land owners in the 'Decisions' game. But was Feudalism GOOD or BAD? If you had lived back then would you have supported the King or would you have joined the rebels? Explain your opinion here using examples from the book.

we would join the rebels because feudalism was unfair. we think feudalism is bad because they didn't treat people equally if you where born a serf you stay a serf it doesn't let you move up in society.

we think feudalism is BAD!!!!!!in some cases it can be good to the king if we were serfs we would join the rebels because the king does not give us enough land or food

Our group thought that Feudalism was bad because it was not fair for the lower people(serfs).

bad because if you were born in a low position, you could not move up in society. we would join the king to be loyal.

Feudalism was bad b/c your born as what you are. Even though feudalism was bad, we would join the king. Feudalism treated people unfairly and most people lived in squalor.

Feudalism was bad because once you were a serf you stayed a serf we would join the rebels and pawn .

1. We think Feudalism was bad because it allowed extra violence and for knights do have more freedom and serfs were very restricted. It was basically an excuse for violence. And it didn't give you the chance to move up in life.

We think feudalism is bad because you cant hang out with other levels of people. WE would probably join the king because there are more people on
his side an example would be the king would win with more people.

I think feudalism was not fair. I think this because if you were a serf you could not get ahead in life. I would join the rebels.

We all think that fuedalism is bad because it didn't give people the chance to be looked at equally or to move up. I would join the rebels because life comes once and who wants to live in a place where you are ordered around and are in poverty.

We think feudalism was fair b/c no one could be 2 powerful. We would support the king b/c he gave us food for our serfs, because we swore our loyalty to him.

we would stay with king-more power available, maintain the holy order, and gain the trust from the king.

I wold have killed the kingg nobody likes him not fair
I would support the king because he he rewards the loyal with his protection. The rebels will become weak and get invaded and get killed

We think that feudalism was was good or bad depending on who you were. if you were a serf, then you would think it was completly unfair because you had almost no rights. if you were a lord or vassal, you had a lot of power so you thought it was fair (or good). So if we were a serf we might join the rebels. if a vassal, you would probably stay with the king
