Diet of Worms
After posting his 95 Thesis on the church door, Martin Luther faced trial at the Diet of Worms and possible excommunication or worse! To avoid being burned as a heretic he was asked to 'RECANT' or take back his beliefs. What would you do? Why? What, if anything, do you believe so strongly in that you wouldn't 'recant' even if it meant death?
