Leadership Secrets
"Chieftains who lead our Huns must have courage. They must be fearless and have the fortitude to carry out the assignments given them."

1. Loyalty, your soldiers on the battlefield must know you will back them up and not run.
2. Fierce, to make oppenents fear you
3. a leader must have responcibilty so he will take the blame for his OWN actions!

3. A good leader doesn't brag about fame and wealth.

2)A leader should be experianced, caring, and understanding so he makes good descision.
3)A leader should break down the enemies mentally because without that "fire" they become physically weak.

Trust in your comrades, they could save your life. Take no prisoners.
Never surrender,because your people might think your a coward.
a good leader should be loyal because if you aren't loyal to your people they can over rule you and or kill you
a good leader should be strong, because if one of his close friends/family dies in battle he needs to not get sad over it and do his duty.

2) A good leader should be to able to look into the face of fear without getting scared because his mean will always follow you.
3) A good leader should not be conceited cause if he/her is conceited then people will hate him/her and try to overthrow him/her.

-Be powerful like a weightlifting hippo. If you dont, it will come back to haunt you.
-Your shield is metal, you are flesh so go ahead and use your shield(you wouldn't want to hurt yourself would you now?)
