This is how we do it
 

My act of chivalry is Ihelped a person. This person is my father. He was carring in grocies from the store he had his hands full and I opened the door for him. I also helped him bring them in. I felt godd because he said thank you.
 

Rachel -I walked my grandmother to her door. I did it when it was rainy and dark and I didn't want her to fall down. I also gave her a TMS times newspaper. So she could read what was going on in the school and read the articles that I wrote! This made me feel good! <3

Madison-I opened the door for my dad when we got back frm the store. I did it because his hands were full and It made me feel good. I knew that I was helping and it saved energey

Ted-Opened the door for ladies and let them go first. I also cut the grass, raked the leaves, and did my chores when not being asked to do them. This made me feel good.

We think that chivalry is dead in some ways. We think that with the women, they defend for themselves today. But Men could be gentlemen. But not to gentlemenly. We think that all of the other things are still alieve today!
 

Chivalry is bravery, respectful to the weak and helpless above all women. I went with my dad to get hay, when we got back we bung it the barn she was so happy we got it all together she wouldn't get out oof the bed we made.

jared-i opened up the door for my mom.
sean-i helped people carry their bags.
jonathan-i helped blind people across the street.
 

My act of chivarly is I saw an old lady trying to open a door so I wenlt to help her to get out. After that she said thank you.....uh yeah thats all
 

Alex helps his friend out when he is in trouble.

Meggie helps with the canned Food Drive.

Jessica likes to help her mom with the groceries.

Jake helped his Mom with the groceries.

Tony helps with the boy home in Bunker Hill by taking out the trash.

This was chilvaric because it was thoughtful,courteous,modest, and thoughtful.

Some of Chilvaric is still alive because there is a few people that do nice things but others still think of themselves.
 

Chivalry is sttill important today:

Jake held the door open for other people.

Marisa helped redo her grandma's room.

Brittany helped her mom carry groceries in.

We acted chivalric because it was rewarding
 

Chris's act of Chivalry is "My act of Chivalry is modest because I gave my brother some money so he could buy something."
 

Michael mowed grass and he felt mad, because he did not get anything back ( money, rewards, etc)

Tommy raked leaves at the Oxford Cemetary for 2 hours, and he felt good, because he helped in the community.

Jake raked and mowed leaves and cleaned out the gutters for his parents he felt fantastic even though he did not get a reward.

Sean helped his mom clean around his house, and he felt happy that he could help his mom.

Tyler is absent..
 

shantel made her mommy a sandwhich with out her asking.
sydney helped her aunt carry in the grocerys without her asking
julia cleaned out her mothers car and she didn't get rewarded for it or asked to do it.
justin raked the leaves becase he thought it would make his yard look good.
samantha did the dishes for her mother without her asking or telling her to do them(for once)
We dont agree with the act of chilvary..well most of it but except the to protect the woman..we are not weak!Yes it is impotant today to show compassion and be loyal .
 

Allison's Chivarly is "Yes/I babysit my brother and I don't get payed because I asked my mom not to pay me. I washd the kitchen floor without my mom telling me do do it. She said I didn't have to do it but I did it anyway."
 

Corey helped carry in the groceries for his mom for free, to help her cause she had her hands full. And we where the only people, plus she bought alought og groceries. Shane helped carry books for his friend. Nick helped his grndma walk to her room at the nursing home. Cody helped his granpa extract honey from the bee's.

No our group says that Code of Chivalry is not impotent these days. Cause these days women are alought stronger.
 

Sam- Sam took out the trash for his mom.

Cassey- On the bus, she didn't go in front of everyone, instead she let everyone go in front of her, and she got off last.

Taylor- She fed and walked her cow for her dad!

Olivia- She stood up for Rachel after her old friends talked bad about her.

As a group we all think chivalry is still alive in some people/places. We do agree with the code of chvalry, and yes it is still important today (well part of it). An example is a police officer, because they help the weak and dangered. Our acts of chivalry did make us feel good.
 

Aaron helped his dad shop and then took all the bags inside.

Nick carried in all the groceiries in from the car.

Joop helped a classmate reach her flute that was on a shelf that she couldn't reach.

Danielle watched her cousins and unloaded the diswasher.

We think that chivalry is slowly dying, but we think that some aspects of chivalry are still alive.
 

Max voluintered to take care of his grandma's dogs. Tom held the door for Matt four days ago. Dylan helped Alex with math. Asa complemted Max on his writing style on Thursday at 11:46 A.M. Chivalry is stil alive today because people do chivarly like things like not doing bad stuff and some other stuff thats good.
 

We think that parts of chivalry is still alive like being corteous to all others Heres is some of our acts of chivalry.

Chris gave food to some body who forgot their lunch money at home. After doing so he felt good about himself for assisting another person

Kyle helped carey up grocery and put them away and made the fire to keep the house warm.

Matthew complemented on the good job some kids were doing at selling some pop corn at the local Kroger store.

That stuff is supposed to be things like holding the door for people,giving people things and money,and being nice.

We think that chivalry is important.
The part of chivalry that we think is dead is the part about serving God and the Church. The part we think is still alive is the part of respecting and protecting women and the weak. The rest we think is still alive.
